  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer tracked shipping on all orders at no extra cost.

United Kingdom (Mainland & Northern Ireland)

  • Tracked Standard Delivery (Free) Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Tracked Express Delivery (Optional Upgrade) Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

4. Tracking Information

Every order includes free tracking. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to follow your delivery progress

  • Updates from the courier as your parcel moves through each stage

If you do not receive your tracking number, contact us and we will resend it immediately.


5. Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is:

  • Complete and accurate

  • Includes correct postcode

  • Includes a valid phone number for courier updates

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

  • We will open an investigation with the courier

  • If confirmed lost, we will resend your order or issue a full refund

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and product

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund
